Joe Byler Lead Pastor;  Joe grew up in Dover, Delaware, attended Bible College and served as a missionary to Native Americans in Canada before moving to Salisbury in 1991 to serve Oak Dale Church and our community. Joe, with his wife Naomi and children are happy residents of Salisbury. He loves to talk with people, so feel free to call him at Oak Dale Church or email him at joe@oakdalechurch.net
